For the last 15 years, Elisa has been making sure that every detail exceeds our guests’ expectations, from her early days as junior tea lounge supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel London to her current role bringing fantasy events to life. And while her career with Four Seasons has brought her from London to California, Sydney, Alexandria and Doha, the opportunity to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze when it opened in 2008, meant the chance to put her natural warmth and interpersonal skills to work in her home country of Italy.
