How do you top perfection? That’s a trick question if ever there was one, but Domenico Di Clemente, Pastry Chef at Il Palagio, is responsible for making sure the final course at our Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in Florence is as elegant and memorable as the dishes that precede it.
With experience as Executive Pastry Chef at world-renowned Chocolate Shop Thomas Haas, Chef Domenico has been delighting guests of Four Seasons Hotel Firenze with his delectable chocolate recipes and other delicate, decadent creations since he joined Il Palagio as head of the pastry team in 2010. In March 2017 Domenico obtained the prestigious title of Master in the Academy of Italian Pastry chef masters (AMPI).
