Executive Pastry Chef
Born in Apulia in 1984, Mariano Dileo is the Executive Pastry Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Firenze since September 2021. Together with a team of six pastry chefs, Mariano coordinates all the dessert offerings of the Florentine establishment. His patisserie gives a contemporary touch to traditional recipes with creativity and balance, always remaining consistent with the local influences. His cuisine aims to share a story conveying genuine emotions, inspiring guests to indulge their desire for a sweet moment.
