The Four Seasons in Florence welcomes the open-air season every summer with the opening of 'Al Fresco', a trattoria, pizzeria, and barbecue, with fresh dishes, linked to the season, which reflects and enhances the Italian and Tuscan tradition, pizzas, and excellent quality meat cooked respectively in the open oven and on the jasper grill, both in a dedicated corner under the trees of the garden.

Al Fresco' is a simple, informal restaurant with a play area and a menu dedicated to children that will allow families to spend a relaxing summer evening by the pool. An exclusive location set in the greenery of a centuries-old park in the historic center.

The pizzaiolo of "Le Follie di Romualdo", Tre Spicchi del Gambero Rosso, Romualdo Rizzuti, presents a selection of pizzas. Its doughs are made on combinations of different flours, the result of careful research and continuous experimentation, with mixes created with art, passion, and taste, which result in a natural, soft and light dough.
